The 2nd ITECH Workshop will take place in Brussels on the 26th and 27th November 2015 at the L42 Business Center, Rue de la Loi 42, Brussels.
On Thursday the meeting will start at 9 a.m. and end at 6 p.m. and will be given over to a full discussion on the proposed ITECH Roadmap and recommendations. The participation is limited to the contact nodes and experts working in with the ITECH Team on the project.
On Friday the session of work will last from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Industrials and industrial syndicates are invited for a broader discussion and validation of the most important recommendations to be transmitted to the Commission.

The ITECH Partners participated in a meeting organized in Lille in the framework of the WP3 “Road mapping and recommendation”. The Partners agreed on a plan of work to complete the roadmap and prepare the recommendations that will be part of the Deliverable 3.3 “Roadmap”. This document will be analyzed and validated by the contact nodes during the 2nd ITECH workshop on the 26-27th November 2015.
A draft agenda for the workshop has been decided:

A workshop on the framework of WP 3 “Roadmapping and Recommendations” took place in Brussels on the 2nd June 2015 and was attended by ITECH Partners, members of the Board, members of the CIC-IT Network and a representative of COCIR.
The main purpose of the workshop was to initiate the roadmapping process as part of WP 3. Niilo Saranummi, partner in charge of WP 3, led the discussion.

The ITECH Board met in Brussels on 2nd June, 2015 to review the progress; consider the findings from questionnaires and interviews with stakeholders, prioritise the findings and, from the information, to plan the next steps.
The ITECH Project Coordinator, Prof. Régis Beuscart, gave and overview of the work completed to date and a summary of the results achieved, particularly in relation to WP 2.
The Project Manager, Chiara Strano, presented the periodic report submitted to the EU Commission covering the first 18 months of work. The Board noted that there had been no major deviations from the scheduled programme and that the project was on schedule.
The next phase of the project concerns WP 3 “Roadmapping and Recommendations” which has already begun with an outline plan having been agreed among the partners and additional information gathered from discussions with key stakeholders.
