A fourth Board Meeting has been held in Lille on the 13th and 14th of January 2016 to discuss and finalize the 4 roadmaps. The workshop has been decided after the annulation of the 2nd Itech Workshop (scheduled in Brussels on the 26 and 27 November 2015) due to the lock down of the city decided by the local authorities. Following this cancellation an intensive exchange of emails has been organised with contact nodes in order to receive their feedbacks on the document which was prepared for the workshop.
The meeting in Lille allowed the partners to deeply analyse the 4 roadmaps: e-Health taxonomy, education and training, clinical trials and adoption space.
The Board worked also on the agenda of the new workshop scheduled on January 27th, 2016. This workshop will be divided in two parts: the first part with the speeches from representative of the European Parliament and European Commission followed by the presentation of the four Roadmaps; the second part to a round table with the industrialists attending the meeting followed by a debate with the public. For the purpose of this event the board will work on a document resuming the roadmap methodology and presenting the 4 roadmaps.
